Global product sourcing
Finding supply that matches your specification — and showing you how options compare.
Global Product Sourcing
- Requirement and specification review
- Supplier search and first contact
- Request for quotation management
- Comparison of offers on a like-for-like basis
- Sample and documentation requests
Sourcing internationally widens the field of potential suppliers, but it also adds distance, language, documentation and quality risk. A good sourcing process narrows the field quickly to suppliers who can genuinely meet the requirement.
We translate your requirement into a clear specification, approach suitable producers, manufacturers and distributors, and present options on a comparable basis: specification, price basis, Incoterms, lead time, payment terms and documentation.
Every engagement is scoped individually. We do not offer guaranteed savings or guaranteed delivery dates; we commit to what is agreed in writing for your specific requirement.
Comparable offers
Quotations normalised to the same specification and delivery terms.
Reduced search time
One brief, one point of contact, and a shortlist rather than a long list.
Visible risk
Lead time, origin, documentation and compliance considerations are stated up front.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for sourcing?
Commercial terms depend on the engagement. For trading transactions we typically quote a delivered or Incoterm price; for sourcing-only work, terms are agreed in advance.
How long does sourcing take?
It depends on the product and specification. We give an indication after reviewing your enquiry and keep you updated as responses arrive.
Which countries do you source from?
We look for supply wherever suitable producers exist for the specification, subject to import eligibility, trade measures and sanctions rules. Origins are stated in each quotation.
Can you find a second source for a product we already buy?
Yes. Share your current specification and volumes, and we will look for alternative suppliers you can qualify alongside your existing source.
