Food commodities
Wholesale food commodities and bulk ingredients
Agricultural commodities, bulk ingredients and processed food sourced to specification for importers, processors, wholesalers and food manufacturers.
Food Commodities
Availability, specifications and pricing are confirmed individually for each enquiry. Listing a product category here does not mean that it is held in stock.
Food commodities are defined by more than their name. Origin, crop year, moisture, purity, admixture, contaminant limits, packaging and shelf life all affect suitability — and importing food also depends on documentation and the food-safety rules of the destination market.
We work from a written specification, look for producers and exporters able to meet it, and request the relevant quality and food-safety documentation, such as certificates of analysis, phytosanitary certificates where applicable, and evidence of food-safety management systems.

Frequently asked questions
Can you source organic food commodities?
We can look for certified organic supply where it is required. Organic status is only stated where valid certification can be evidenced for the specific product and supplier.
Who is responsible for import compliance?
The importer of record is legally responsible for compliance in the destination market. We help gather supplier documentation and coordinate with your customs broker or forwarder.
Do you handle small quantities?
We focus on wholesale volumes, typically from one full container load upwards. Please state your volume in the enquiry.
Can you arrange pre-shipment analysis?
Yes. Independent sampling and laboratory analysis can be arranged at loading, so quality is verified against the contract specification before shipment.
Do you supply organic or non-GMO commodities?
These can be sourced where certified supply exists. We only state organic or non-GMO status when valid certification for the specific product and supplier has been evidenced.
